Equipped with two separate thermostats for differentiated management of the upper and lower heating elements. Infinite cooking combinations to meet every need, depending on the type of dough or cooking surface used.
The length of the heating element has been increased to ensure optimal coverage of the cooking surface.

Cooking chamber made with the finest Stainless Steel 310S. Shaped heating elements, supports, and components of the cooking chamber, as well as other external components outside the cooking chamber.
Layer of insulating material to retain internal heat and an upper air gap for cooling the external part of the product.
A distance of 7 cm between the heating element and the cooking stone ensures well-developed crusts without burning.
