For this reason, we have created the new website diavolapro.fr, dedicated to shopping in French.

From now on, if you choose the French language on the main website diavolapro.com, you will be automatically redirected to diavolapro.fr.

For French customers who purchased on diavolapro.com

If you have placed orders in the past on diavolapro.com, your account and order history are still there.

On the new site diavolapro.fr, this data is not available because the two systems are separate.

How to check orders placed on diavolapro.com

To view past orders or access your old account:

Go to diavolapro.com

• Select Italian (/it/), English (/en/), or Polish (/pl/) as your language
• Log in with your email address and password
• Go to the “My Account” section to check your orders and details

IMPORTANT: Do not use the French language! If you choose French on diavolapro.com, you will be redirected to diavolapro.fr and will not see your past orders. Check your previous orders by browsing in /it/, /en/, or /pl/.

Tip

Save the link to your customer area in Italian, English, or Polish in your favourites so you can avoid being redirected to another site.

For new customers of diavolapro.fr

If you registered directly on diavolapro.fr and placed an order, don’t worry: your account and all your purchases will always be available in your personal area on diavolapro.fr. Simply log in with the same email address and password you used during registration, and you will be able to check your order status, purchase history, and invoices at any time.
