Diavola Pro is pleased to announce a new Pizza Contest for all pizza lovers and enthusiasts!

Theme: "Panuozzo"

There's a fabulous prize for the top three... Here are all the details!

What is panuozzo?

"Panuozzo" is a typical gastronomic specialty from Campania.

It's a sandwich made with pizza dough, but cooked in a special way: the dough is rolled out into an oval shape and baked in the oven, just like a pizza. Once baked, it's cut in half and stuffed with traditional Campania ingredients: buffalo mozzarella, tomato, cured meats, grilled vegetables, sausage, and broccoli rabe, or even more creative variations.

The main feature is the double baking process: first the dough is baked on its own, then it's stuffed and, sometimes, briefly baked to melt the cheese and blend the flavors. The crust is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with the typical flavor of Neapolitan pizza.

Contest Object

Make the best "Panuozzo" using the Diavola Pro pizza ovens (v1, v2, or V3).

• Make a video of the panuozzo showing the key stages of cooking and topping.
• Publish the video on YouTube. (Here's a Google guide on how to upload a video to YouTube)
• Share the video from YouTube to the Diavola Pro Facebook Group.

Contest Duration

The contest runs from Wednesday, May 13, 2026 to Saturday, June 20, 2026, 11:59 PM.

Only videos posted by that date will be considered. closing.

Winner Declaration

The winner will be declared by Fiamma based on the dough preparation, honeycombing, baking, filling, etc.

The winner's name will be published in the Diavola Pro Facebook Group.

Prizes Up for Grabs

• 1st Place Prize: Diavola Pro V 3.0 electric pizza oven + new Biscotto for high performance
• Prize for 2nd place: Keeping-warm base for pizzas while waiting + Pizza rotation system during cooking
• Prize for 3rd place: Pizza rotation system during cooking.

How to Participate

IMPORTANT:

• To participate in the contest, you must own a Diavola Pro pizza oven (any version: V1, V2, V3). Videos made with any other pizza oven other than the one indicated will not be accepted.
• The video must be at least 90 seconds long.
• The video must be published on YouTube (before being shared on the Facebook Group) and must contain the hashtag #diavolapro in the title (example: Neapolitan Panuozzo with pizza oven #diavolapro).
• Send an email to sales@diavolapro.com with the subject "Diavolapro Panuozzo contest";
• Indicate the YouTube Video Link and the address to receive the prize in the email content.
