Receipt of goods
Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer is required to check:
- That the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
- That the packaging is intact and unaltered, including the sealing tapes.
- In the event of a visibly damaged package, it is necessary to request a note of a control reservation at the time of signature from the courier in charge
Express Courier
All orders received that choose PayPal and/or credit cards as the payment method with the balance paid by 12:00 (complete with all the data for processing) are entrusted to the courier on the same day and generally delivered within MAX 48/72 hours. Our couriers do not deliver on holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
In the event of the recipient's absence, a notice is left with a telephone number that can be contacted to arrange a redelivery directly with the carrier. Following the first failed delivery, a further automatic redelivery attempt will be made, after which the package will be stored at the courier's office in your area. If it is convenient for you and you know you cannot be reached, you can go and collect the package directly from the office closest to your home. The storage period expires after a maximum of 3 days, after which the product will be returned to our office.
Once the shipment has been made, you will be notified of the tracking code and the courier to which it refers and to which your product has been entrusted, the most used are SDA - DHL -TNT- GLS - FEDEX, through the website of the courier used you can follow the path of your shipment. Accepted payment methods
Bank Transfer
You can pay online or at a bank counter. The cost of the commission varies depending on the contractual conditions applied by the bank you belong to. The bank details are displayed immediately after the order confirmation. The goods will be shipped when the transfer is displayed and credited. So you will have to wait 2-3 days.

Use of Coupons and Discount Codes
It is not possible to combine Vouchers / Coupons / Discount Codes for the purchase of products in the catalog. Vouchers / Coupons / discount codes must be used individually for each order.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer customer has the right to a proportional reduction in the price or to the termination of the sales contract, in accordance with the provisions of Article 135 bis, paragraph 4, of the Consumer Code and, in particular, if: the seller has not carried out the repair or replacement within the terms and conditions provided for by the Consumer Code, or has refused to bring the goods into conformity; if the lack of conformity is so serious as to justify the immediate reduction in price or termination of the contract; if a lack of conformity occurs despite the seller's attempt to restore the conformity of the goods; if the seller has declared (or it is clear from the circumstances) that he will not restore the conformity of the goods within a reasonable period or without inconvenience.
The consumer customer is not entitled to terminate the contract if the lack of conformity is only minor.
Legal guarantee
To benefit from this guarantee, the customer must report the lack of conformity by sending a communication to the seller indicating the defects and faults found.
Unless proven otherwise, it is presumed that any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within one year from the time the goods were delivered already existed on that date, unless this assumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the nature of the lack of conformity.
Warranty for digital goods
For goods with digital elements, the seller undertakes to keep the consumer customer informed about the available updates (including security updates) necessary to maintain the conformity of such goods, and to provide them for a reasonable time, taking into account the circumstances and nature of the contract and in any case, depending on the case, if the sales contract provides for a continuous supply of the digital content or digital service over a period of time.
The seller is not liable for any lack of conformity resulting solely from the lack of the relevant update, if the consumer does not install the appropriately provided updates within a reasonable period.
Free Replacement/Repair
DEVILITALY SRL replaces/repairs free of charge with home collection all those products that, for various reasons, show damage from transport or malfunctions in the first 14 days from receipt of the same.
Free Replacement applies, upon notification within 14 days of receipt of the product, only to intact goods and including the original packaging/packaging and cannot be exercised for products that by their nature cannot be returned.

Applicable law and competent court
These Conditions are drawn up in accordance with Italian law, and in particular the provisions contained in Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). In the event of disputes with consumers, the Court of residence or domicile of the consumer will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Furthermore, the consumer established in Europe can use the platform made available by the European Commission for the resolution of any dispute arising from the online contract stipulated on the site.
